At Radiance Dentistry, dental care is built on collaboration, communication and personalised attention. Our practice focuses on creating a supportive environment where patients feel informed, respected and involved in their care.
Our staff speaks English, Spanish, Serbian, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.
A Team Approach to Dental Care
We believe the best outcomes happen when dental care is a partnership. We encourage patients to take an active role in their treatment decisions. Dr Proctor works closely with each patient to understand their oral health needs, lifestyle and goals.
To make complex dental concepts easier to understand, she often draws diagrams or sketches treatment plans during consultations. This visual approach helps patients see what is happening and better understand their options.
Supporting Our Local Community
Radiance Dentistry values being part of the local community. Dr Proctor supports NSW Police Legacy through donations, mentoring and work-experience opportunities. She also participates in dental education talks at local schools and daycare centres and is developing a monthly crochet group at the clinic designed to support community connection and mental well-being.

Dr Dianne Proctor
Dentist
Dr Dianne Proctor (DDS Melb) is a dentist at Radiance Dentistry, having completed her training at the University of Melbourne Dental School. She brings a patient-focused approach to care, with an emphasis on communication, education and supporting patients in maintaining their oral health.
Dr Proctor is passionate about building meaningful connections with her patients and believes in providing care with kindness and compassion. She values education highly and approaches dentistry as a lifelong learner, continually developing her knowledge while learning from both her patients and her team.
Her interest in dentistry deepened following a humanitarian trip to Sumba, Indonesia, in 2009, where she worked alongside a medical and dental team. This experience shaped her understanding of dentistry as a way to diagnose and manage conditions while helping to relieve pain and improve quality of life.
In 2025, Dr Proctor became the owner of Radiance Dentistry, where she continues to provide dental care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Proctor enjoys reading, gardening and crafting. She is also a budding balloon artist and enjoys creating balloon designs for both children and adults, which she even does at the dental office! In her spare time, she rides her Kawasaki Ninja 400, named Sylvie.
Emily
Dental Assistant
Emily is a dental assistant at Radiance Dentistry, where she has been part of the team since 2025. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Oral Health, which has provided the foundation for her professional training, alongside hands-on experience at the practice.
In her role, Emily supports both patients and dentists by preparing treatment areas, sterilising instruments, assisting during procedures and contributing to accurate record-keeping. She enjoys meeting new patients and learning their unique stories, and values being part of a supportive team that prioritises safety, comfort and positive experiences for everyone.
Emily was drawn to dentistry by a passion for healthcare and a fascination with how oral health connects to overall well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys journaling, drawing, swimming and staying active through soccer, gym workouts and running. A unique hobby of hers is riding her bike around the city, which she finds a fast and enjoyable way to get around. Emily also loves cooking and often spends time experimenting in the kitchen when she visits home.
Daniella
Clinic Manager
Daniella is the clinic manager at Radiance Dentistry, overseeing day-to-day operations while helping create a smooth, supportive experience for both patients and the team. From coordinating the front desk to assisting behind the scenes, Daniella plays a key role in keeping everything running seamlessly. She also works clinically as a dental assistant, supporting procedures and ensuring continuity of care throughout each appointment.
Daniella has built her skills through hands-on, on-the-floor experience, complemented by ongoing online learning. She values continuous development and is committed to further expanding her knowledge through future in-person training.
She began her journey in dentistry nearly a year ago when Dr Di took over the practice. What started as curiosity and an interest in exploring a new career path quickly grew into a genuine passion. Through her experience, Daniella developed a deeper appreciation for the coordination, care and attention that goes into supporting patients and delivering quality dental care.
One of her favourite aspects of her role is connecting with a diverse range of people. She enjoys learning from patients and colleagues alike, and finds this constant interaction both engaging and rewarding.
Outside of the clinic, Daniella enjoys travelling and exploring new places, with a particular interest in gastronomy and discovering different cuisines and dining experiences. She also enjoys dancing as a way to unwind, along with quieter activities such as crafting, colouring, and building miniature items. At home, she loves spending time relaxing with her cats.
A Spanish speaker, Daniella also brings valuable communication skills to the team. She has been involved in volunteer work since the age of 15, an experience that continues to shape her perspective and approach to helping others.
