CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that, from time to time, something may come up preventing you from attending your dental appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, or you need to reschedule it, we ask you to be aware of our Cancellation Policy.

We require a minimum of 2 working days' notice for a cancellation. A fee of $50 will be charged for non-attendance (no-show) or late cancellations (less than 48 hours prior to your appointment). This fee is non-refundable. This fee can be waived at our discretion, however, and may be applied as a deposit to your re-scheduled appointment.

No fee will be incurred for a cancellation or appointment rescheduling - over the phone or in person - occurring 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time.

If there are any circumstances beyond your control stopping you from attending your appointment at the last moment, we would still appreciate your letting us know. Appointments are in high demand, and an early cancellation notification will give someone else the possibility of timely dental care.
